Semiconductors
Semiconductors is a journal that explores problems related to semiconductor theory, transport phenomena in semiconductors, problems in optics, magneto-optics and electro-optics, specifics of semiconductor and nanostructure-based devices, including semiconductor surface physics, structural defects in semiconductors and lasers.
The Journal was founded in 1967.

We are pleased to announce that on February 7, 2023, the ISSN International Centre, coordinator of the National Centres under UNESCO support, transferred the ISSNs of the English translations of all five Ioffe journals (Technical Physics, Technical Physics Letters, Physics of the Solid State, Semiconductors, Optics and Spectroscopy) from USA to Russia. Ensuring correct location of the legitimate publisher in the ISSN record is essential for journal indexing in all databases. We are confident that Web of Science and Scopus will reflect these changes in the very near future.
