This work is devoted to studying the improvement of optical power input efficiency in AlGaAs/GaAs photovoltaic laser radiation converters by employing prismatic covers. The primary focus is on the design and optimization of a construction that minimizes reflection. It is demonstrated that the use of prismatic covers enhances the external quantum efficiency of the samples. Keywords: photovoltaic converters, prismatic covers, external quantum efficiency.
