Numerical simulation of a solar cell based on the heterojunction of nanocrystalline films of zinc oxide modified with cobalt oxide (Co3O_4)1-x(ZnO)x and cobalt oxide (Co3O4) formed by solid-phase pyrolysis is carried out. The effect of the electron affinity of (Co3O_4)1-x(ZnO)x films, the thickness of the Co3O4 layer and the concentration of acceptors in it on the photoelectric parameters has been studied.
