We present a kinetic description of quasiclassical and quantum radiation processes in graphene induced by an external field with a specific configuration. As the external perturbation, we employ a constant field of finite duration (so called t- step pulses). This choice is motivated by two key considerations: 1) such fields have been previously investigated in related studies, and 2) they can generate transparency windows where the induced radiation exceeds the background field, enabling experimental detection. Keywords: graphene, kinetic equation.
