Diagrams of phase equilibrium liquid-vapor, solid-liquid (solubility diagram) and liquid-liquid (delamination diagram) at 25oC in the ternary system, consists of water soluble fullerene derivative and rare earth metal salt C60(OH)24-NdCl3-H2O were investigated. The existence of miscibility gap in liquid solutions, saturated by fullerenol-24 (C60(OH)24) is proved.
