The Journal uses the single-blind peer-review format. The decision on whether the article is to be accepted for publication will be left to the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, or Section Editor.
Any invited reviewer who feels insufficiently competent or would not want to review the manuscript due to a conflict of interests must inform the Editorial Board as soon as possible and decline the invitation. Reviewers should formulate their statements specifically and reasonably, so that the authors will be able to use the reviewer's arguments to improve the quality of the manuscript. Personal criticism of authors is hardly permissible. Reviewers should indicate in the review any relevant already published work that is not cited by the authors, any type of information that has been mentioned in previous publications without indicating the relevant reference or citation, any meaningful similarity or overlap with any other paper of which they are personally aware.
