Two-dimensional films based on graphene and lithium cobalt oxide are promising materials for developing efficient supercapacitor electrodes. Using density functional theory, it was shown that increasing the mass fraction of carbon in the composite reduces the quantum capacitance and specific charge at the operating potential limits of the ionic liquid electrolyte. The study assessed charge redistribution using the Mulliken, Voronoi, and Hirshfield methods, leading to conclusions on the applicability of these methods to the systems under study. Keywords: graphene, LiCoO2, quantum capacitance, charge analysis.
