Evolution of phase transitions and energy storage effect in SrTiO_3-PbZrO3 solid solutions

Solid solutions (1-x)SrTiO3-xPbZrO3 (x=0.5, 0.6, 07, 0.8, 0.9) were synthesized and their dielectric properties are investigated Measurement of dielectric hysteresis loops allowed us to obtain field dependences of the main parameters characterizing the effect of energy storage in these materials. The relationship of the obtained parameters with the evolution of the state of solid solutions from relaxors to antiferroelectrcs in this system is discussed.
