Features of the dielectric spectra of silver iodide films doped with copper

In this work, the fine structure of dielectric spectra in the temperature range corresponding to the superionic phase transition (PT) of AgI:Cu nanocrystallites from the β-phase to the α-phase is discovered and analyzed. The effect of doping with Cu ions on the PT temperature and the shape of the thermal hysteresis loop is studied.
